Stats and violations check:

Our team reviews the submitted data against the live account — follower counts, engagement figures, monetization status, and any active strike or violation warnings are cross-checked.

Ownership confirmation:

The seller receives a unique verification code and must add it to their account bio. Once confirmed in the bio, the system validates that the seller actually controls the account — not just claims to.

Listing approval:

Listings that pass all three steps go live. Listings with active policy violations, mismatched stats, or failed ownership confirmation are withheld until the seller resolves the issue. Review time: 1-3 hours.

Make an offer or buy at listed price:

Contact the seller through our messaging system. Your contact details stay private throughout — no email addresses exchanged.

Pay through escrow:

Payment goes to YTProud's escrow team — not to the seller. The seller cannot access funds until delivery is confirmed.

Handover begins:

Our team manages the credential transfer steps specific to that platform, guided at each step.

You confirm access:

Verify the account matches the listing before confirming delivery. You have a window to raise issues before credentials are changed — once you change credentials, the dispute window closes.

Funds release to seller:

YouTube channel funds release after a 7-day security window. All other platform funds release on your confirmation or automatically after 24-48 hours.
