YTproud is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta (Facebook), X (Twitter), Telegram, or any other third-party platform.

Key Definitions

Service

The YTproud marketplace platform, including website, mobile applications, escrow service, and related services

User

Any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Service, including buyers and sellers

Buyer

The party purchasing a digital asset or account through YTproud

Seller

The party selling a digital asset or account through YTproud

Listing

A seller's offer to sell a digital asset, including description, price, and terms

Digital Asset

Social media accounts, channels, or other digital properties sold on our platform

Escrow

Secure payment holding system where funds are protected until delivery is confirmed

Order

A completed purchase transaction between a buyer and seller

Dispute

A formal disagreement between buyer and seller requiring platform intervention and review

Fees

Platform service fees, processing fees, and escrow fees charged by YTproud

Content

Any information, data, text, images, or other materials posted or transmitted through the Service

Verification

The process of confirming user identity, account ownership, or transaction details

Trust & Safety Team

YTproud team responsible for reviewing disputes, enforcing policies, and maintaining platform security

Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Provide accurate registration information (name, email, contact details)
  • One user = one account unless approved for business/multiple accounts
  • Maintain account security (strong password, enable 2FA)
  • Account verification may be required depending on risk level or transaction value

Marketplace Rules

Listing Rules

  • Sellers must provide accurate listing details (metrics, status, monetization, strikes, restrictions)
  • Prohibit stolen/compromised accounts
  • Prohibit misleading screenshots/analytics manipulation
  • YTproud may remove listings that violate policies or pose security risks

Buyer Rules

  • Buyers must review listing details carefully before purchase
  • Buyers must follow transfer checklist and confirm delivery honestly
  • No harassment or extortion of sellers
  • Report issues through proper channels (Orders → Report an Issue)

Disputes & Trust & Safety Review

How disputes are opened: Orders → Report an Issue

Outcomes: Approve release, partial adjustments, refund (per refund policy), deny claim

Refunds

Digital assets have special rules; once delivered + buyer has control, refunds are limited

Chargeback policy: Contact support first; chargebacks may result in account limitations

Prohibited Conduct

  • Fraud, impersonation, stolen accounts
  • Fake evidence, forged documents
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Bypassing escrow/off-platform solicitation
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing
  • Malware/phishing links
  • Money laundering / illegal activity
  • Automated scraping without permission

Consequences: warning, suspension, ban, reporting to authorities.

Content & Communications

Users own their content but grant YTproud license to host/display for service operations

Chat messages are stored for dispute resolution and security purposes

Buyers and sellers emails are hidden from each other

Admin visibility for support/disputes: Platform administrators can access conversations and transaction data for dispute resolution and security purposes. All admin access is logged and audited.

Third-Party Platforms Disclaimer

Platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Telegram, etc.) have their own rules and terms of service

YTproud does not control platform enforcement actions (suspensions, locks, policy changes)

Users are responsible for compliance with third-party platform terms

YTproud cannot guarantee third-party platform decisions but will review cases using evidence and logs

Termination & Enforcement

YTproud can suspend/terminate accounts for violations or risk

Users can close their account (subject to retention requirements and ongoing disputes)

If suspended, funds may be held during investigation

Appeals can be submitted through support with account information and explanation

Limitation of Liability

Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

Limit indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law

Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties; your rights may vary

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify YTproud for claims arising from their misuse, illegal listings, or violations of these Terms

Is YTproud affiliated with YouTube/TikTok/Meta/Twitter/Telegram?

No. YTproud is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta (Facebook), X (Twitter), Telegram, or any other third-party platform. We facilitate transactions but do not control platform policies or enforcement actions.

Do buyers and sellers see each other's emails?

No. Buyers and sellers do not see each other's email addresses. All communication happens through our secure platform chat system. Only platform administrators can access conversations for dispute resolution and security purposes, and all admin access is logged and audited.

What happens if a dispute is opened?

When a dispute is opened, our Trust & Safety team reviews evidence from both parties, including chat logs and transaction records. Admins may view conversations for dispute resolution. Most disputes are resolved within 2-5 business days. Outcomes may include approving escrow release, partial adjustments, refund (per refund policy), or denying the claim.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellation depends on the transaction stage. If handover hasn't started, cancellation may be possible with seller agreement. Once delivery is confirmed and the buyer has control, cancellations are typically not possible except in fraud or material misrepresentation cases. Contact support to discuss cancellation options.

What if the account gets reclaimed later?

If a transferred account is reclaimed/locked within 7-14 days after transfer, YTproud may reopen review based on evidence and platform logs. Outcomes may include partial refund, escrow adjustments, or denial depending on the facts. Report immediately if this occurs.

What if I file a chargeback?

Contact support first before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks are a last resort and may result in account limitations or suspension. The payment provider decides chargeback outcomes, which can take 30-90 days. Abuse of chargebacks may lead to permanent account ban.

What evidence do you accept?

We accept screenshots of account access/errors, transaction records, communication logs, timestamps, and any relevant documentation. Quality matters: Clear, timestamped evidence with context increases approval likelihood. Fake evidence may result in account suspension.

Can YTproud remove listings?

Yes. YTproud may remove listings that violate policies, contain inaccurate information, pose security risks, or are reported for policy violations. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.

What actions cause suspension?

Actions that can cause suspension include: fraud, fake evidence, chargeback abuse, off-platform solicitation, harassment, illegal activity, repeated policy violations, or any behavior that poses a risk to the platform or other users. Severity determines whether you receive a warning, suspension, or permanent ban.

How do fees work?

Platform fees, escrow fees (if applicable), and processing fees are shown before payment. By paying, you accept the fees. Processing fees are usually non-refundable. Service fees may be refundable in certain cases (see Refund Policy). Fees vary by transaction type and payment method.

Can I use multiple accounts?

Generally, one user = one account. Business accounts or multiple accounts may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Using multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or fees may result in suspension. Contact support if you need a business account.

What if I disagree with a dispute decision?

You can escalate your case by replying to the decision email with additional evidence or requesting escalation to our Trust & Safety team. Escalated cases are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours. After escalation and review, decisions are typically final.
