Do you show my email to the other party?

No. Buyers and sellers do not see each other's email addresses. Email addresses are kept private and only visible to YTproud administrators for support and dispute resolution purposes. All communication happens through our platform chat system.

Can I delete my chat history?

You can request deletion of your chat history by contacting support. However, chat logs may be retained for dispute resolution, legal compliance, or security purposes as outlined in our Data Retention section. Active transaction conversations are typically retained until the transaction is complete and any disputes are resolved.

How long do you keep transaction records?

Do you sell my data?
