What happens when you submit a listing

• You submit your account details: Provide the account stats, a dashboard analytics screenshot, and the account URL. For monetized accounts, include income data.
• Our team reviews the listing: We check your submitted stats against the live account, review for active strikes or violations, and assess whether the listing data is internally consistent. This protects buyers from misrepresentation — and protects your listing from being flagged post-sale.
• You confirm ownership via bio code: We issue a unique verification code. You add it to your account bio. Our system confirms you have posting access to the account being listed. This step is required — listings without ownership confirmation are not approved.
• Listing goes live: Once the review passes, your listing is published to the marketplace. Review time is 1–3 hours. Listings with active violations or mismatched stats are held until you resolve the issue.

What gets a listing rejected

• Active Community Guidelines strikes: Accounts with unresolved strikes cannot be listed until the strike resolves. Strikes typically expire after 90 days — the listing can be submitted after expiry.
• Active monetization suspension: Monetized accounts with a current suspension are listed as non-monetized or withheld until monetization is reinstated.
• Stats that don't match the account: If the submitted screenshot shows different numbers from the live account data our team sees, the listing is sent back for correction before approval.
• Failed ownership verification: If you cannot add the verification code to the bio — for example, if you do not have posting access — the listing is rejected. This protects buyers from listings where the seller does not control the account.

When do you get paid?

YouTube channels: Funds are held in escrow throughout the 7-day security window required by YouTube's platform ownership rules. Once the buyer confirms access and the 7-day window completes, funds are released to you.

All other platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Telegram): Funds release on buyer confirmation of successful delivery, or automatically after 24–48 hours if the buyer does not confirm or dispute within that window.

What triggers a payment hold beyond the standard timeline? A buyer-initiated dispute within the delivery window will hold funds until the dispute is resolved. Disputes that are resolved in the seller's favour result in payment release. The dispute window closes once the buyer changes account credentials — after that point, funds release on the standard schedule.

Seller protections

• Buyer funds are locked before you transfer anything: You do not begin any handover step until escrow payment is confirmed. There is no risk of transferring an account and not being paid.
• Disputes require evidence, not just complaints: If a buyer opens a dispute, our team reviews the session record and listing details. Bad-faith disputes that don't match the session evidence are resolved in the seller's favour.
• The audit trail is on your side: Every handover session is documented with timestamps. If a buyer claims they received something different from what was listed and the session record shows otherwise, that documentation supports your case.
• You are not left to manage the handover alone: Our team guides both parties through each transfer step. If a buyer is unresponsive or having difficulty accessing the account, we intervene — you do not have to chase the buyer yourself.

What makes a listing sell faster

Listings with complete, verified data sell faster than listings with gaps. From the buyer's perspective, they are comparing multiple listings simultaneously. These factors consistently differentiate faster-selling listings:

• Income data included: For monetized accounts, including monthly revenue data — even a range — gives buyers the information they need to make an offer without a back-and-forth. Listings without income data for monetized accounts attract fewer offers.
• Analytics screenshot included: A dashboard screenshot that shows key metrics reduces the number of pre-offer questions from buyers. Listings that require buyers to ask for basic data lose buyers who move on to listings that already have it.
• Accurate pricing relative to the asset: Overpriced listings stay on the marketplace longer. The buyer's guide sections on each platform page include pricing benchmarks for RPM multiples and follower-range valuations that help sellers price accurately.
• Clean policy record: Listings with no active or recent violations sell faster than listings where buyers have to assess violation risk. If your account has a clean history, make that visible in your listing description.
